We have a very supportive and dynamic management which strives to promote quality in all aspects of the institution’s activities. The management takes keen interest in expanding the range of academic services for the institution. It motivates the staff and students to enhance their output in all fields through financial support and enthusiastic involvement. The Principal of the college assumes a leadership role in enriching the institution’s activities. Decisions are made through the college council comprising of The Principal, Heads of the Departments and elected faculty and whenever necessary communicated to the governing body. The perspective plan of the institution prepared by the Planning Board with the support of the IQAC is scrutinised and passed by the Governing Body. The attendance monitoring system, performance monitoring system and finance monitoring system ensures the efficacy of the range of activities through various committees. The PTA is another body which intervenes constructively to promote the quality initiatives of the institution.
