The college provides N.C.C. Training in Army Wing. The aims of N.C.C. are

Development of Leadership, Character, Comradeship, Spirits of Sportsmanship and the Ideal of Service.

To create a force of DISCIPLINE AND TRAINED MANPOWER which in a national emergency could be of assistance to the country.

To provide training for students with a view to developing in them officer like qualities thus also enabling them to obtain commission in the Armed Forces.

NCC unit 1 COY 30 (K) BN NCC of the institution has a total strength of 160 cadets under one NCC officer. Many of the cadets have been selected for the national level camps, Special National Integration Camp, Thal Sainik Camp, Republic Day Camp, Army Attachment Camp, Advance Leadership Camp, to name a few. Other participation includes National level shooting competition at Assam, Leadership Camps at Gujarat and National Integration Camp at Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal. The cadets were also part of Mountaineering Expedition in Uttarakashi and All Kerala Cycle Expedition.
