4. Guidelines for Admission

1) Prospective students must first apply through the Calicut University Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Only those applicants registered through UGCAP will be admitted.

2) All students allotted to Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode under UGCAP report at the College on the scheduled date after remitting the mandatory fee to the University.

Note: Attested printouts of all relevant documents need to be carried by the applicants.

3) Community Quota:

a. The applicants under Community Quota must apply through UGCAP.

b. While applying through UGCAP, the applicants must ensure that they have given Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode as an option.

c. Once the Community Quota list is issued by the University, the list of the Applicants allotted to Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode will be published on the College website and the notice board.

4) Management Quota:

a. The applicants under Management Quota apply through UGCAP.

b. While applying through UGCAP, the applicants must ensure that they have given Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode as an option.

c. The applicants under Management Quota need to fill out an additional online application form

5) Sports Quota:

a. The applicants under Sports Quota must have applied through UGCAP.

b. While applying through UGCAP, the applicants must ensure that they have given Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode as an option.

c. The applicants under Sports Quota need to fill out an additional application form. This application form, along with all the relevant documents, need to be submitted to the College office

6) While remitting fee through Akshaya centre, make sure that the contact details entered are that of the applicant or their parent/guardian.

7) All admission to the College is provisional and subject to verification and approval by the University of Calicut.
