The Department has organized Prof Kunkan Nair and KCC Raja memorial national seminar on 17/10/2025. Prof C. Vijayan, Former faculty IIT Madras, had given a talk on the topic “Thinking like a physicist.”
The Postgraduate Department of Physics at The Zamorin's Guruvayurappan College, Kozhikode, organized a prestigious National Seminar titled "Thinking Like a Physicist." The event was held in honour of the Prof. Kunkan Nair & Prof. KCC Raja Memorial, sponsored by the B.Sc. Physics 1982-85 batch. The session was led by Prof. C. Vijayan, a distinguished academician with an extensive background in physics education and research. The seminar was designed to provide students and faculty with insights into the analytical and conceptual framework required for scientific inquiry.
